Phil Chirikure
Phil holds a Diploma in Education (BTC), Certificate in Theophostic Ministries (UK), BEDEAPPS (UZ); MA/Pg Dip. Psychodynamic Psychoanalytic Observational Studies (UEL),  PG Cert. Counselling, and MA/PG  Dip in Play and Child Psychotherapy. Phils most relevant training was done with Play Therapy UK and Canterbury Christ Church University and he has spent the last 20 years teaching and working with children in different capacities. Phil, himself an immigrant has children who have faced integration and achievement barriers.  He has pioneered psychotherapeutic play therapy amongst the Zimbabwean community with the aim of improving academic and social performance. Phil has effectively used his education and experience and carried out extensive studies within the migrant communities in the UK and and has written a program aimed at empowering migrant communities to be able to overcome the barriers to their development. Phil currently runs the program in 4 different locations within Birmingham and works with around 50 children.
Elliotts Mawarire
Elliotts has 36 years experience teaching in Zimbabwean schools and has always preferred and enjoyed a hands-on approach in his job. Elliotts taught music in particular Marimba and Percussion Band. His band members in Sanyati were the provincial champions 12 years running. He was also engaged provincially as an adjudicator for churches, primary and secondary schools. Elliotts is an expert in the languages, cultures and traditions of the Zimbabwean people and acted as a consultant for secondary schools and colleges teaching related courses. Besides his indepth knowledge of the numerous Shona and Ndebele dialacts (Zimbabwes two main Languages), he also has working knowledge of a number of  other African languages. Worth mentioning are Elliotts achievements in sports. Having coached his local Sanyati football team  Elliotts worked as FIFA referee for 5 years as well. He was also a head church elder at Sanyati Seventh Day Adventist Church and is presently involved in the UK of more than 600 members as a Deacon, Sabbath school teacher and  male voice choir leader
Respina Mudzi
Respina has thirty years experience teaching in primary schools. Having started her career in Zimbabwe She came to the UK in 1978 and completed a community studies program which enabled her to work in pre-school and play group centers for children with special needs. On returning to Zimbabwe in the 1980’s, she took over the special needs department of Kurai school, advocating for its development and raising its profile. Her other passion was traditional dancing which she had herself trained extensively in. Respina transformed the program at her school putting her dancing team through rigorous training programs where they learnt to appreciate the meanings and significance of all genres of dance. Respina's team was regional champions for 9 years running and 6 years running as the National champions. She is able to communicate motivate and inspire children of different ages, from different backgrounds and with differing abilities

Rennie Tapfumaneyi
Rennie holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA in General Management (Corporate Finance elective). She has held various management roles in large organisations including Interfresh Ltd Zim (Retail Marketing Manager), Cromwell Group Services Ltd (London);-Commercial Executive and Security Controller  Initially Rennie worked predominantly in Sales and Marketing but after her MBA has had exposure to a wider array of functions. She is currently CEO of New Dimensions Business Groups a membership based business consultancy of which the Phillimon Progran is a member.


Benhilda Katsande

Benhilda’s attributess include qualifications in three main disciplines which she uses very effectively in her work; professional fitness trainer and weight management consultant, registered mental health nurse and secondary school teacher. She has over 12 years experience organising children  drama classes, music and dance and physical education including coaching athletics, basketball and handball.  Benhilda is currently working under the Benzprofit health and fitness club mainly offering her services to children and young people. She offers a unique blend of drama, dance, sport and formal classes designed to improve the overall wellbeing of the recipients without any unwelcome exertion based pain or stress. Benhildas qualities lend themselves well to the program as she is well rounded, disciplined and conscientious
